Ingredients

  • Unsweetened cocoa pwd - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Nutella - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
Method
  1. Add sugar and cocoa pwd to a pan.
  2. Combine good.
  3. Add corn flour and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of thick milk and stir to smooth paste.
  6. Add fresh cream and stir.
  7. Add nutella and vanilla essence.
  8. Add remaining 1/2 cup of milk and stir good.
  9. Heat the pan in low flame.
  10. Let the chocolate sauce cook for 2 mins.
  11. Turn off flame.
  12. Allow to cool.
  13. Pour the chocolate sauce in ice cream moulds.
  14. Freeze in refrigerator for 6 to 7 hours or preferably overnight.
  15. Next day show under running tap water and pull the ice creams gently.
  16. Serve immediately.
